"We expected to find our driver once we exited arrivals. He wasn’t there so I had to call to find out where he was and then go search for him. It was not a meet and greet. We would have saved time if where the meeting point has been clear from the beginning. The driver was very nice during the journey to London. Unfortunately we found a lot of traffic and I felt sorry for him. Overall all was okay. "

"Great experience with our driver, he was on time, very friendly and wore a face covering (as did we). We booked the cab for £44 in advance and happily gave the driver £60 on exit. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely book this firm again in future. "
