"My 86 year old slightly confused mum was on the coach from Norwich to Brighton and needed a taxi to Seaford. Really worried that she wouldn’t find the booked taxi ok at Brighton coach station back home.
The taxi driver called me about the pick up so I explained the situation. He said he would meet mum of the coach and call me when he had picked her up. True to his word he met mum of the coach which was 30 mins late and he called with mum in the back of the taxi.
I think the drivers name was John.
