"What was the point of booking with you when you just passed onto Uber. It was more expensive. Apparently the U er driver who accepted the day before cancelled not long before pick up, and fortunately another very good driver accepted. This was not the stable fully arranged service Inexpected. It was just an expensive way of getting an Uber.
The taxi company you initially tried A1 is closed down according to their web-site.
