"Pre booked a journey from Luton Airport to East London. Driver was on time and very polite and helpful.
I would say that given some of the reviews on here which seem to be driver dependant there should be a better booking system.
I would suggest the drivers details are provided with contact number prior to the flight time. The phone number on the website for Billik does not ring so was un-nerving when i was landing at 2am. "
